Impressive Build Quality and Easy to Use

Bought this device to add extra layer of security to my bitcoin and Ethereum. The wallet comes with a very nice package. Got to say the company has put in effort on designing the product, the SecuX has one of the best design I’ve ever seen. The build quality is amazing, the metal frame feels solid yet very light to travel around; the touchscreen is very responsive and the grip is comfortable too. Setting and configuration is pretty straight forward, It took me less than 10 minutes to set up everything and it’s ready to go, I have transferred all my cryptos into this device and so far it’s been a very pleasing and impressive experience (been having it for a week). Highly recommended to anyone who’s looking for a secure and easy to use crypto wallet with a sleek design 🙂

  High Quality, and Ease of Use – My Pick for Crypto Wallet Needs

I initially purchased this device to have a safer, alternative option for my crypto storage needs. With so many servers out there getting breached everyday, I wanted something physical I can keep my crypto currency in so I chose this product. Admittedly, I chose it based on its sleek look initially, but upon arrival, it’s more than meets the eye.

The SecuX V20 is shipped in well cushioned material, and has very nicely packaging of its own. For the price paid, the look and feel of the product is on par as well. It has a bare metal casing and an all black face with a screen that doesn’t feel cheap. Once powered, it has a responsive touchscreen, with a single button to power it on and off with a multi color display. Security setup is lengthy, but necessary, Bluetooth pairing to your phone via iOS app was incredibly quick, and both the iOS app and onscreen user interface is easy to navigate. Glad to see that the device can be named, pin codes and extra security measures can be set directly via the SecuX device. My only feedback would be to hopefully see some improvements to the iOS app’s design.

I upgraded from a Trezor One to the Secux V20 and i could not be happier. As others have stated, it has a bare metal casing and an all black face with a screen that doesn’t feel cheap. It looks and feels very well made. I do however like Trezor software better. So i would like to see improvements to SecuX software.

After doing extensive research I decided to purchase the SecuX W20. The randomized keyboard is an excellent security idea and the big screen makes viewing your crypto assets very easy. The interface is also very simple and I was able to transfer funds in a matter of minutes after unboxing this hardware wallet. Interesting enough, my friend bought a ledger nano x but after seeing my SecuX W20 he decided to opt for it instead. The ledger was very difficult to use, the screen very small, and the interface was a lot more complicated. We are both now very happy customers. Would love to see the addition of more supported cryptos in the future but for the ones that matter currently this is an excellent buy.

Ok, I have used other hardware wallets, but I wanted one that had more options like blue tooth and a better user Interface. This one does that. The user interface is easy to and the big touch screen is easy to read. I have the Ledger Nano S and I’m 61 so it’s a little hard to read the one line menu item. Also, I found that after loading up four different cryptos on the Nano S I couldn’t load any more crypto accounts. I had other cryptos, but they would not fit. Maybe the Nano X is better, but I thought I might as well try the SecuX. I also have the Trevor or Trezor, but this one was by far the easiest to use and setup. I transferred all my currencies easily from the Nano to the SecuX. Down the road for doing purchases, this can use the Bluetooth for that as well. It has both Bluetooth and USB for setup and I have used both successfully with no trouble. Now, It does support all ERC tokens and about 8 others, but all the main currencies are there. There are a couple I would like to put on there, but they are not supported yet. Now that said, the support team is GREAT. They email you back right away with a response to questions AND they are working to add tokens that I suggested. So far of the three types I have tried, this one is by far the best. It is not the round one, but the square one that is just a hair older. I love it though and it does what I need it to. By next year tens of thousands of stores will accept Crypto, I would get started. Not that hard really, but have to pay attention to what you are doing. Lastly, the device comes in a small bag to protect it and seem built tough enough for daily use. Enjoy!

I bought on sale and want to give a try even though it is a new company and just launched the product.
First time, I had issue to connect via USB with my Linux box, but I sent an email to support and they prompt gave me instructions how to get it working.
So far very happy with purchase. I might buy another one to my father since it is easy to use comparing with other wallets out there and it can be used with your smartphone as well.

1st time hard wallet user. Works fine and as advertised. Simple setup and usage. Connectivity is seamless usb or bluetooth and screen is easy to use and intuitive. Btw- I have Android and it works with no problems whatsoever!

I bought my first SecuX Wallet after 2 years using Ledger and Trezor wallets and I love it !! It’s easy to use and has an amazing customer care service (They sent me an email to make sure everything was fine). It’s very safe (military-grade protection) and has a big full-color touchscreen I wish I could watch my Netflix series on it. It also has Bluetooth, so you can access your wallet through your phone using the SecuX App. Overall, a really good buy.

Purchased on Prime Day. New to crypto but wanted offline storage. This was easy enough to figure out for a beginner with anything from BTC to erc-20 tokens. So far no complaints

Bought 4 different wallets. The SecuX was the easiest to understand and use. The trezor is good also. But the ellipal titan wallet scares the crap out of me to try moving coins onto it without loosing all of them. So now I got all my bitcoin and XRP on my secuX cold wallet.

This is not hard to use. It will work with Android or iOS. Download the SecuX app and synchronize with this very cool hardware wallet. I stocking up on cryptocurrency and keeping it safe with this product.

After the recent Ledger Nano S customer service debacle, this is a relief. If SecuX stays on this course, I intend to put my support behind this company. Many of the new startups don’t understand that great customer service AND a user-friendly product matter!

Not being that familiar with a crypto wallet to begin with this device was fairly straightforward to use and transfer currency from a Coinbase wallet. I purchased by reviews and appearance. Price wise, I think that based on what appears to be a simple device, it seems high to me.

I’ve had this unit for a little over a year and use it almost daily. The first unit I received wouldn’t connect via usb and the company sent me an upgraded bluetooth unit to replace it at no cost. Been solid since. Highly recommend. Seem to be better than the competition including the ledgers

The large touch screen was what caught my eye, which turned out to be a great feature to have. Very easy to input when I have to type in my PIN code and setup the device, and the user interface is friendly and really straight forward. Device is lighter than I expected, which is easy to carry around. Customer service was great, shoot them an e-mail regarding coin supports and got a reply within hours. Well done.
