How to Receive — Android

Generate Receiving Address OFFLINE
1.
Unlock your device with PIN.
2.
Select the account you wish to receive funds.
3.
Provide the receiving address in the form of QR code or texts to your sender.

Generate Receiving Address on SecuX Mobile App
1.
Connect your device to SecuX Mobile App on your mobile phone or tablet via Bluetooth connection.
2.
Press Receive on the lower right corner in the Mobile App.
3.
Select the account you wish to receive funds.
4.
Verify the receiving address shown on your device matches the address in the Mobile App and press DONE.
5.
Provide the receiving address in the form of QR code or text information to your sender by selecting copy address or share address in your Mobile App.
Confirm Received Funds
1.
Connect your device to your SecuX Mobile App via Bluetooth connection.
2.
Click on Wallet Sync on the upper right corner in the Mobile App.
3.
Confirm balance in the account information.
NOTE: Transactions on blockchain network takes around 5-10 minutes or longer to complete, depending on network traffic.
IMPORTANT: If your funds did not show up in your account after a considerable amount of time, contact your sender’s service provider or our customer service support@secuxtech.com before sending funds again to avoid gas fee charges of unsuccessful transactions.
