How can I know if my online order wallet has been unboxed by others?
The SecuX retail box and device are sealed with SecuX tamper-resistant labels. Before opening the box or using the device, please carefully check if the label is legible and make sure that it is not broken or torn.
What are the contents inside the retail box of a SecuX wallet?
Each retail box contains 1x SecuX wallet, 1x USB cable, 1x Pouch, 1x Getting started guide and 2 Recovery Sheets.
What if I found the retail box has been opened, broken, or the seal on the box/device is torn, ripped off or illegible?
If you found any of the above conditions on the retail box, please do not purchase it and return it to the seller immediately. However, if you ordered the device directly from the SecuX web shop, please write an email to support@secuxtech.com and we will contact you as quickly as possible. In addition, please take photos of the retail box and prepare relevant documents, to help us track the source of the problem.
What if I my wallet is not functioning correctly? What should I do?
Please contact the reseller and describe the defective symptoms in detail.
