Yes. SecuX Authenticator is completely free to download and use with compatible SecuX PUFido security keys.
Currently, it supports Windows, macOS, and Linux.
Your credentials remain securely stored on your PUFido and are never uploaded to SecuX servers.
A factory reset permanently removes all stored passkeys, U2F registrations, accounts, and the device PIN, returning your PUFido to its original factory state. This action cannot be undone.
The SecuX Authenticator cannot be used to register accounts directly. It only allows you to set or change the PIN and reset the FIDO device. To register an account, please visit the website or service you want to use and complete the registration process there.
The main difference is that CTAP2.1 allows you to quickly view which accounts are registered with your PUFido Key through the authenticator.
