July 2025 SecuX Wallet App Update: Solana Token 2022 Support & Security Changes

We’re excited to announce the latest updates to the SecuX Wallet App, including support for Solana Token 2022 (Token Extensions) and an upcoming change to our built-in security service.

Now Supporting Solana Token 2022

SecuX Wallet App now supports Solana Token 2022, an upgraded token standard on the Solana blockchain that introduces enhanced features and flexibility for decentralized applications and asset management.

With this update, you can securely store, send, and receive Token 2022 assets within your SecuX Wallet App, just like standard SOL tokens—providing seamless access to the growing Solana ecosystem.

TrendMicro Security Service Ending on Jul 31, 2025

To streamline performance and security, SecuX will discontinue support for the built-in TrendMicro security service on all applicable hardware wallet models starting Jul 31, 2025.

Why the Change?

This change reflects the completion of our service agreement with TrendMicro and our ongoing transition to dedicated hardware-based security solutions. Our secure element technology already provides strong, tamper-proof protection without requiring additional antivirus layers.

This update applies to the following models:

• SecuX V20, W10, W20, Nifty, Neo Series and Shield BIO

⚠️ This change only affects the TrendMicro service. It does not impact your wallet’s ability to store, send, or receive crypto assets.
