- Dr. Peter Chen previously co-founded AIPTEK, a global leader in digital imaging, successfully listed on the Taiwan Stock Exchange. His passion has always been bringing cutting-edge technology to the world stage.
- Dr. Gregory Chu, also a co-founder of AIPTEK and a respected global economist, has a lifelong focus on studying and forecasting global market trends.
- Dr. Charles Hsu is the Chairman and Founder of eMemory Technology Inc., a world leader in embedded non-volatile memory (eNVM) IP solutions. His expertise in developing PUF (Physically Unclonable Function) technology and chip-integrated semiconductor IP laid the foundation for much of SecuX’s hardware security innovation.
At a college reunion in 2018, the three found themselves deep in conversation about the next generation of cybersecurity. Peter and Gregory believed the blockchain economy was the future, and Peter and Charles shared a wealth of experience in hardware security. That May, their shared vision came to life—and SecuX was born.
Like any pioneering journey, the early days weren’t without challenges. Hardware limitations, complex crypto interfaces, and a market still finding its footing pushed us to think differently.
