Check your package

Make sure the Tamper-Resistant-Labels are intact, have not been broken, torn, or tampered with, both on the box and device’s USB port.

Check your surroundings

Network

Secured network

Your mobile device or your laptop/desktop is NOT connected to an unsecured network.

Private

Private environment

You are NOT in a public space with many people around you.

Surveillance

Turn off surveillance device

You are NOT exposed to any unsecured surveillance or cameras.

STEP 03

Prepare for setup

Pen

Pen or pencil

To write down 24 recovery words. Permanent ink preferable.

USB-Power

USB power adapter

Charge your wallet for at least 2 hours

Mobile phone/Tablet

iOS 12+ or Android 6.0+

Computer

Mac OS 10.13.6+ or Windows 10+, Linux or Chrome OS with browser installed (Chrome V.71+ or Opera V.57+)
