Before You Start

 

Once you've finished setting up a new wallet, you need to create accounts first before receiving funds or NFTs.

 

Connect to Device

 

1. Launch the SecuX Mobile app and connect Shield BIO via Bluetooth connection.

2. Different crypto blockchain networks require separate accounts.

 

 

Tap Receive

 

1. Tap Receive at the bottom.

 

2. Choose the account where you want to receive funds.

NOTE


• You can also get your receiving address through the SecuX Mobile app without connecting your Shield BIO if you choose not to verify it on the device.

1. Please ensure that the receiving address displayed on your Shield BIO matches the address shown in the SecuX Mobile app. Use the Up (↑) and Down (↓) Buttons on your Shield BIO to view the address.

2. To verify the address, select Done and press Fingerprint Pad on your Shield BIO.

You can provide the receiving address to the sender by selecting the Copy Address or Share Address button in your SecuX Mobile app.

NOTE: Transactions on the blockchain network typically take around 5-10 minutes or longer to complete, depending on the current network traffic.

IMPORTANT: If you do not see your funds in your account after a significant amount of time, please contact the service provider of the sender or reach out to our customer support at help@secuxtech.com before initiating another transaction. This is to prevent unnecessary gas fee charges for unsuccessful transactions.
